All memberships are monthly recurring memberships. You will be charged the same day every month until you cancel your membership. Failure to cancel your membership prior to the renewal date will result in you being charged another month. That charge is non-refundable, so it's your responsibility to manage your own membership. How do I cancel my membership?
Canceling your membership is very easy. Simply email SupportTeam@iptnorthdakota.com from the email address you use to register and we'll cancel it for you.
Does it matter what days we show up?
IPT-KIDS is offered Saturdays and Sundays and you must attend the session the signed up for.
Is there a limit to number of players in a group?
Yes, IPT-KIDS is limited to 12 players per session.
When does my membership start?
Your membership starts the day you sign up. If you're wanting to start at a later date, just email SupportTeam@iptnorthdakota.com to let us know when you'd like your start date to be.
